Terms & conditions.
The ground rules for using this website and buying from us.
Last updated 1 November 2026. Our online shop is not open yet; the sales terms below will apply once it is.
About these terms
This website is run by Wrekin Vault TCG. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You can contact us at hello@wrekinvaulttcg.co.uk.
Using the website
You may use this site for lawful, personal purposes. All content, including our name, logo and images, belongs to us or is used with permission, and must not be copied or reused without our written consent. Pokémon, One Piece, Lorcana, Magic: The Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh! and their card artwork are the property of their respective owners. Wrekin Vault TCG is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Products and prices
We take care to describe products accurately, including the condition of singles, but images and descriptions may not always be exact. Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in pounds sterling. Stock is limited, and we may withdraw or change a listing at any time before an order is accepted.
Orders (when the shop opens)
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched or ready to dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong, and we'll refund anything you've paid.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
See our Shipping & Returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Our responsibility
We don't exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn't allow us to exclude. Subject to that, we're not liable for losses that weren't a foreseeable result of our breach, or for business losses. We aren't responsible for third-party websites we link to.
Privacy
How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
General
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, though if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring claims in your local courts.
