Who we are
Wrekin Vault TCG ("we", "us") runs this website. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us at hello@wrekinvaulttcg.co.uk.
What we collect
- Messages you send us. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and whatever you tell us.
- Order information (once the shop opens). Name, delivery and billing address, email and order details. Payments will be handled by our payment provider; we do not see or store your full card details.
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiries.
- To take, send and support orders (when the shop opens).
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Our legal bases are your consent, performing a contract with you, our legitimate interest in running the business, and legal obligation, depending on the activity.
Who we share it with
We only share information with services that help us run the business, such as our e-commerce platform, payment provider, delivery carriers and email provider, and only as far as needed. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to deal with them. Order and accounting records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
